Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Development Operations.
  • Advanced HubSpot administration skills, including pipeline management, workflows, and reporting.
  • Proven experience working within professional services, consulting, or similar environments.
  • Strong data management skills with the ability to create accurate dashboards and maintain CRM integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred

  • HubSpot Certification.
  • Experience in GRC, compliance, or regulatory advisory sectors.
  • Experience supporting Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level reporting.
  • Experience working within multi-service-line organizations or exposure to the GCC market.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Serve as the operational engine for the business development function, ensuring pipeline integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage inquiry triage, qualification, and routing to ensure all leads are acknowledged within SLA.
  • Govern the Lead and Deal pipelines by enforcing stage definitions, exit criteria, and data hygiene.
  • Coordinate proposal workflows, managing inputs from subject matter experts and ensuring timely, error-free delivery.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot sequences, workflows, and automation to drive process efficiency.
  • Produce daily and weekly reporting, including SLT dashboards and forecast views, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor follow-up cadences and escalate SLA breaches to ensure no opportunities are lost.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate smooth handovers from sales to delivery teams.
