Real Estate Transaction Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in real estate transaction support
- Proficiency with Zip Forms, MLS, and ClickUp
- Experience with DocuSign, ShowingTime, and G Suite
- Strong skills in contract management and process improvement
- Ability to work 20 hours per week in the CST time zone
- Excellent written communication skills for listing descriptions and professional correspondence
Preferred
- Experience with Canva and social media marketing support
- Familiarity with e-blast tools and Later.com
- Ability to proactively contribute recommendations for operational efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the real estate deal process from contract to close
- Provide ongoing transaction support and act as a transaction coordinator by tracking deadlines
- Manage MLS-related tasks, including listing entry, updates, and writing property descriptions
- Handle contracts and support all contract-related administrative work
- Review current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Refine backend operations to ensure the business is organized and proactive
- Organize current listings and active projects on an ongoing basis
- Support calendar coordination and create social media content using existing templates
