Sales Marketing Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- The “Hustle“: 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community relations (experience in the education or children’s enrichment industry is a huge plus).
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the South Charlotte, Pineville, or Matthews communities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you should feel comfortable pitching to a school principal, ASP Coordinator or chatting with a group of parents.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule that includes a few weekend events.
- Passion: A genuine belief in the power of art education and creativity for kids.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation: Identify and establish partnerships with elementary schools, and recreation centers, nursing homes across the South Charlotte area.
- Community Engagement: Represent our client at local festivals, school open houses, and community events to build brand awareness.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up on inquiries from parents and organizations to close bookings for seasonal camps and themed events.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop creative marketing campaigns to promote our unique art-meets-science curriculum.
