REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial minerals / bulk raw materials
- Strong knowledge of Quicklime applications in steel manufacturing
- Experience in export markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia preferred)
- Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms, LC, FOB, CIF, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Willingness to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Business
- Existing network in steel plants or industrial buyers
- Experience handling bulk shipments (vessel/container logistics)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute export sales strategy for Quicklime and related products
- Identify and acquire new customers in steel, construction, and industrial sectors
- Build long-term relationships with steel plants and bulk industrial buyers
- Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams for smooth execution
- Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Participate in international trade fairs and industry exhibitions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
