REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales/business development experience in the UAE interior fit-out or contracting industry.
• Strong existing client database and network is essential.
• Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to secure new projects.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Generate and bring new interior fit-out and contracting projects.
• Develop new business opportunities with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Promote and market the company’s interior design, fit-out, renovation, and contracting services.
• Maintain and utilize a strong UAE client and industry database.
• Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to support client requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
