Sales Executive

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (interior fit-out, construction, or related industry is preferred).
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Good knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present company services.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and provide regular sales reports.
