RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for storage and relocation services.
- Handle customer inquiries related to household shifting, office relocation, and storage solutions.
- Conduct site visits or virtual assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
