Sales Engineer – Acoustics
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related field)
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in acoustic products, construction, or fit-out sales
- Strong knowledge of acoustic materials, soundproofing, and noise control solutions
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Preferred
- Established network with consultants, architects, and fit-out contractors in the UAE
- Experience working in the Al Quoz construction and fit-out market
- Familiarity with acoustic standards and project specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in acoustic solutions, including panels, insulation, and soundproofing systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand acoustic requirements
- Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to develop customized acoustic solutions
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
