Sales Development Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of sales experience required
- Strong communication skills (you’re great at having conversations with people)
- Be comfortable on the phone all day. You’ll be talking with leads constantly, so you must be okay with it.
- You can take rejection and keep dialing. Not every call goes your way, and the best setters don’t let a “no” slow them down.
- Be coachable. Be willing to learn from people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
- This is not an easy job, but it pays well. You have no issue working hard.
- Competitive and goal-driven. You want to hit your numbers.
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound call company-provided leads and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives
- Follow up with leads we previously spoke with who did not become a customer
- Coordinate with Account Executives to keep their calendars full of the best possible opportunities
- Coordinate with Marketing so you have enough new leads to hit your personal sales goals and the company’s targets
- Keep the CRM up to date and organized
- Independently train to improve your skill set
