Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of sales experience required
  • Strong communication skills (you’re great at having conversations with people)
  • Be comfortable on the phone all day. You’ll be talking with leads constantly, so you must be okay with it.
  • You can take rejection and keep dialing. Not every call goes your way, and the best setters don’t let a “no” slow them down.
  • Be coachable. Be willing to learn from people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
  • This is not an easy job, but it pays well. You have no issue working hard.
  • Competitive and goal-driven. You want to hit your numbers.
  • Comfortable with commission-based pay
  • Reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound call company-provided leads and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives
  • Follow up with leads we previously spoke with who did not become a customer
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to keep their calendars full of the best possible opportunities
  • Coordinate with Marketing so you have enough new leads to hit your personal sales goals and the company’s targets
  • Keep the CRM up to date and organized
  • Independently train to improve your skill set
