Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Some prior sales experience OR a self-starter who is currently working on honing their sales skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Reliable: you show up when you say you will and you do the work
- Coachable: you’re open to feedback and willing to run proven playbooks
- Able to commit 15 consistent hours per week for calling blocks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound cold calls to sales leaders and business owners from targeted lists
- Run short, structured conversations to qualify interest and fit
- Book demos/meetings for our sales teams
- Follow simple workflows in our dialer/CRM to log calls, notes, and outcomes
- Learn and apply the SDR Mastery calling frameworks, talk tracks, and objection handling
- Join periodic coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and improve your results
