Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or outbound lead generation role (B2B preferred)
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Proven ability or strong desire to work in a new business, hunter-style sales environment
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Build and execute structured outbound prospecting strategies across assigned territories and target accounts
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and business challenges within target organisations
  • Drive high-volume outbound activity to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand over well-qualified, sales-ready opportunities
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored value propositions aligned to client needs
