Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales development experience, preferably targeting enterprise or upper mid-market organizations.
  • Proven track record of generating new logo opportunities through cold outreach and executive-level prospecting.
  • Experience selling into Middle East markets, with a strong preference for experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • A resilient, competitive “hunter” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own outbound prospecting across the Middle East region, specifically targeting CIOs and IT Directors within enterprise organizations.
  • Penetrate new logo accounts through high-volume cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities related to digital transformation, endpoint management, and IoT.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts to uncover budget cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities into structured sales cycles.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene within Salesforce to ensure all communications and account intelligence are documented.
