Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of the UAE retail market is a strong advantage
  • Ability to support and adapt to the dynamic needs of a field-based sales team
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG sales coordination role within the UAE
  • Prior experience in the beverages category energy drinks or soft drinks is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
  • Analyze sales performance across territories, customers, and product lines
  • Maintain and update dashboards and tracking sheets to reflect real-time performance
  • Monitor sales targets versus actual performance and flag variances proactively

Sales Team Support

  • Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, planning, and team coordination
  • Assist sales executives with order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between the field sales team and back office
  • Coordinate field visit schedules and route plans to maximize efficiency

Order & Stock Coordination

  • Track customer orders from placement through to final delivery
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
  • Monitor stock availability and proactively highlight shortages or supply risks

Key Account Support

  • Assist in managing key retail accounts
  • Support in preparing promotions, product listings, and customer-specific requirements
  • Follow up on payments, claims, and trade agreement compliance

Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database and pricing records
  • Handle internal documentation including contracts, listings, and reports
  • Support the preparation of presentations and performance decks for management meetings
