REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the retail fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail fit-out works and services.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close fit-out projects.
• Strong client network in the UAE retail/fit-out market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Identify and generate new retail fit-out business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, consultants, and contractors.
• Find upcoming retail fit-out projects and generate leads.
• Meet clients and understand their project requirements.
• Promote the company’s retail fit-out services.
• Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor competitors and market opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the estimation and project teams for smooth project handover.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
