Sales Account Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as EdTech, SaaS, or STEM Publishing
- Native or professional fluency in German
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary) and a dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work autonomously with a high-agency, proactive mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end conversion of the DACH region to drive predictable revenue growth
- Optimize the sales funnel for speed and conversion by identifying and solving friction points
- Act as a strategic bridge by translating DACH market trends into actionable product feedback
- Build deep institutional partnerships with academic librarians and teaching faculty
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach to signed contracts
