Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or industrial automation environments.
  • Experience with robotic system design, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with industrial, automotive, construction, manufacturing, or similar robotic applications.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled automation, computer vision, machine learning, sensors, control systems, PLCs, and IoT technologies.
  • Exposure to robotic programming, ROS, autonomous systems, and system integration is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in dynamic project environments and support multiple technology initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design, implementation, and deployment of robotic and automation solutions for construction and operational environments.
  • Integrate robotic systems with existing workflows, equipment, digital platforms, and operational processes.
  • Assist in commissioning, testing, validation, and performance monitoring of robotic systems.
  • Support AI-enabled automation initiatives, including computer vision and intelligent robotics applications.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability, efficiency, and productivity improvements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and control system issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management activities for robotics equipment.
  • Participate in pilot projects, proof-of-concept studies, and new technology evaluations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, maintenance records, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation of robotic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk management requirements, and company policies during system operation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and workplace safety through automation.
