Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in construction or a related field is advantageous.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in road marking or a closely related construction field.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising a crew of 5 or more individuals.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee daily operations of road marking crews, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and durability of applied markings, identifying and rectifying any defects.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, traffic control plans, and environmental standards on work sites.
