Risk Operations Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Operational, support, or customer experience background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English fluency (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced)

Preferred

• Previous experience in trading
• Quantitative background and strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for analytical purposes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to the Head of Risk Management
• Monitor trading activities in line with defined risk limits and internal policies
• Assess portfolio risk exposure and identify potential vulnerabilities
• Enhance and optimize current risk management approaches using in-house tools and reporting systems
• Stay continuously informed about market dynamics, macro drivers, and portfolio performance factors
• Provide coverage for a group of trading desks
• Communicate risk-related insights and updates to traders, broker management, and operations teams
• Contribute to strengthening internal controls and risk governance processes
