REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or sales is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, showcasing a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is properly stocked.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales, manage inventory levels, and generate sales reports for strategic analysis.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive, motivating work environment.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
• Assist in visual merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and arranging merchandise to highlight new arrivals and sales.
