Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities.
  • Camera Confidence: A strong presence on camera, with the ability to host engaging live sessions, present products clearly, and maintain high energy.
  • Experience in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of Product Knowledge.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
  • Experience in hosting engaging live sessions or a strong passion for social media interaction.
  • Basic familiarity with social commerce and related platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook etc.).
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages and Arabic is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and availability to work on during peak seasonal time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In-Store Sales & Front Desk: Assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront.
  • Live Selling: Host regular, scheduled live-selling sessions on our Live sessions Social media platforms to showcase products, answer viewer questions in real-time, and drive online sales.
  • Content Creation: Plan and shoot engaging social media promotions, short videos, and Reels to boost brand awareness and highlight new arrivals.
  • Inventory & Admin Support: Keep track of in-store stock levels and coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure product availability.
