REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pet retail industry.
• Proven retail or sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong passion for pets and willingness to continuously learn about pet care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Key Demographic Requirement
• Applicants must be based in the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers, providing accurate product advice and recommendations.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain store standards, stock shelves, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Support inventory control and participate in stock counts.
• Educate customers on pet care, nutrition, and new product launches.
