REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum three years of experience as a Project Management Officer or Operations Manager.
• Experience in a recognized consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, Accenture or equivalent) strongly appreciated.
• Expertise in automation tools (Make, Zapier) and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Monday).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Rigorous, structured, results-oriented approach and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and deploy a standardized client support methodology based on best practices from top consulting firms by designing tools and materials enabling coaches to maximize impact; ensure coherent application of this methodology within the company.
• Automate client workflows using tools such as Monday, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and Notion; improve analytics systems of coaching sessions with artificial intelligence, including real-time alerts and follow-up.
• Automate tracking and reporting of progress for dynamic presentation to coaches and clients.
• Develop and pilot a structured process to create client case studies to showcase success; develop a centralized intelligent client directory to improve responsiveness and team performance; design and implement standardized project management processes for each event (excluding logistics) including a lessons-learned and continuous improvement loop.
• Ensure precise project tracking and initiative monitoring via Notion / Slack / Jira / Monday; lead regular follow-up meetings such as weekly updates, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; ensure adherence to defined standards, deadlines, and quality of execution.
