ResMan Systems Specialist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Real, hands-on ResMan experience — leasing, accounting, maintenance, and reporting modules
• Experience with a ResMan conversion or implementation (either from the operator side or on your own)
• Ability to diagnose why financials are reporting incorrectly and trace it back to the source
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly via email, text, or video call
• Self-directed — you don’t need someone managing your hours or telling you what to look at next

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Access our ResMan environment and conduct a full audit of how it’s currently set up
• Identify data issues, misconfigured chart of accounts, reporting problems, or migration errors
• Correct the underlying setup so financial reporting is accurate and reliable
• Build or rebuild key workflows — leasing pipeline, maintenance work orders, delinquency tracking
• Provide hands-on guidance so our team knows how to use the system correctly going forward
• Be available on a flexible, ongoing basis as questions and issues come up
