REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, or concierge services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation software
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays if required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with transportation booking or dispatch systems
  • Background in luxury hospitality, travel, or concierge services
  • Strong customer conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with airport transportation logistic

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and confirming reservations
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, and policies
  • Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure smooth service execution
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations
  • Monitor upcoming reservations to ensure all trip details are correct
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience consistent with a luxury brand
  • Assist with corporate accounts and repeat client relationships
  • Follow company procedures and service standards
