Reservationist and Customer Service Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, or concierge services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation software
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with transportation booking or dispatch systems
- Background in luxury hospitality, travel, or concierge services
- Strong customer conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with airport transportation logistic
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, and confirming reservations
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, availability, and policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure smooth service execution
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reservations
- Monitor upcoming reservations to ensure all trip details are correct
- Deliver a high-end customer experience consistent with a luxury brand
- Assist with corporate accounts and repeat client relationships
- Follow company procedures and service standards
