JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

• Retail or resale experience (store, product, merchandising, etc.).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with resale marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
• Comfortable using AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Remote work capable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and publish listings from our sell.it intake system to online/offline resale channels.
• Write clear, accurate titles and descriptions across categories (apparel, furniture, jewelry, electronics, collectibles, etc.).
• Organize and upload product photos; request missing details when needed.
• Optimize listings for search, pricing, and marketplace standards.
• Use AI tools to speed up writing, formatting, and keyword generation.
• Maintain and update active listings; monitor performance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with intake agents and valuation team as needed.
