REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong time-management skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills, with a reliable laptop or desktop and a high-speed internet connection.
• A true passion for travel and a desire to continuously learn about global destinations, cruise lines, and resorts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
• Research, design, and coordinate custom travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities.
• Utilize specialized travel industry resources and vendor portals to secure competitive rates and perks for clients.
• Manage client bookings from the initial inquiry phase through their return home, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Attend remote training webinars, vendor seminars, and team mentorship sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
