Remote Sales Representative

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, education, or service-based sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfort with using CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Educate prospective clients on our services, pricing, and enrollment process
• Build rapport and trust with prospective clients through active listening and empathy
• Follow up with leads in a timely and organized manner
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
