REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
• Able to commit consistent time each week
• Previous commission-based experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prospect and contact local businesses
• Cold call, message, and follow up with potential clients
• Identify businesses that could benefit from a professional website
• Present and explain our website packages
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Track prospects, conversations, and sales
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Consistently work toward personal sales goals
