REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in online remote sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Must have gone through sales training
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships to generate monthly renewals
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated and organized
• Must be willing to work hard and be aggressive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all inbound lead flow, and send video pitches to prospects – this is the secret to our 70%+ close rate – you can’t be afraid to close on camera
• Build strong relationships with clients quickly by adding value before the close
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate products or services that meet client requirements
• Offer upsells and close monthly renewals
• Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and transactions via daily end of day reports
• Collaborate with marketing and management to implement promotional campaigns and outreach strategies
• Prospect aggressively to both new and former clients
