REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
Strong confidence on the phone and in written communication
A resilient, goal-driven mindset — you don’t give up easily
Natural ability to connect with people quickly and authentically
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with social media outreach/marketing is a plus
Comfortable conducting online research to identify prospects
Ability to manage outreach and follow-ups consistently
Reliable phone, laptop, and internet connection
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with school leaders through calls, email outreach, and social media
Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for leadership by turning conversations into opportunities
Relationship Building: Develop trust with decision-makers and maintain ongoing client relationships
Sales Growth: Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
Marketing Support: Help strengthen our online presence by engaging through social media platforms
