REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-disciplined and organized for remote work.
• U.S. residency.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of insurance products (not mandatory).
• No insurance license required to apply; if hired, a health and life insurance license is needed (licensing support provided).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ life and health insurance needs.
• Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive sales and meet client goals.
• Foster lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with mentors to enhance performance.
