• Reliable phone and internet access
• Professional attitude and follow-up skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and social media
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries professionally
• Educate prospects on company services and schedule consultations
• Maintain organized lead notes and follow-up communication
• Build relationships with owner-operators and startup trucking businesses
• Collaborate with management regarding lead status and conversions
