REQUIREMENTS

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

* Reliable computer and internet access for remote work.

* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Accurately input and process prescription orders into the pharmacy system.

* Verify patient information and insurance details.

* Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and labeling (as applicable to remote workflow).

* Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies via phone, email, or secure messaging.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations.

* Support inventory management and ordering processes as directed.

* Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to maintain certification and skills.
