REQUIREMENTS

• Positive, energetic, “go-getter” personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience is a PLUS (not required, but highly valued)
• Aesthetic / laser experience is a PLUS (we will train the right person)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and inquiries for all clinic locations
• Book and manage appointments across multiple schedules
• Educate potential clients on laser hair removal services
• Handle basic sales conversations and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up with leads to increase appointment volume
• Provide a warm, professional, and upbeat client experience every time
