REQUIREMENTS

• Any or No experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry willing to learn. Be Coachable
• Strong knowledge of travel planning processes including hotel stays, transportation options, and destination insights.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and provide clear guidance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management tools is a plus.
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable journeys.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to tailor personalized trip plans.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, hotels, transportation options, excursions, and local attractions based on current travel trends and client needs.
• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and activities through trusted suppliers and booking platforms.
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing ongoing support throughout the planning process.
• Stay informed about travel advisories, visa requirements, health protocols, and destination updates to ensure safe and seamless trips.
• Promote additional services such as travel insurance or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, bookings, and follow-up actions to foster long-term relationships.
