• Ability to stay consistent and handle rejection professionally
• Coachable and able to follow a structured process
• Self-motivated in a remote work environment
• Reliable internet connection

• Basic computer proficiency
• Availability during weekday business hours

Preferred

• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales
• Familiarity with appointment setting or lead generation

RESPONSIBILITES

• Make outbound calls to business owners
• Speak with decision-makers (owners, operators)
• Use a structured script to:
• Ask qualifying questions
• Introduce our service
• Build initial interest
• Schedule appointments with our team
• Accurately log call outcomes and notes
