REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet access
• 3-5 years of customer service, sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage assigned customer inquiries and workload effectively in a remote environment
• Interest or experience in business development, customer engagement, sales, or marketing
• Comfortable using computers, video conferencing platforms, and online business tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate program information accurately and professionally

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage assigned prospective customer inquiries and conduct timely follow-up communications using company-approved processes
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective customers to provide accurate information about company programs and available offerings
• Guide prospective customers through the inquiry process and address questions in a professional, customer-focused manner
• Maintain accurate and timely customer communication records using company systems
• Apply company-approved customer engagement, marketing, and communication processes
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development activities
• Complete assigned customer engagement activities while meeting established performance expectations
• Maintain availability for scheduled virtual meetings and customer consultations during designated business hours
• Collaborate with the customer engagement team and Business Development Director as needed to support customer experience and business development objectives
