• Customer service experience preferred
• Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Gather moving details and inventory
• Send customer quotes
• Communicate with movers and customers
• Confirm appointments and arrival times
• Assist with scheduling and organization
