REQUIREMENTS

  • Are extremely detail-oriented and organized — the kind of person who notices when something is off before anyone else does
  • Are a natural problem-solver — things will come up that aren’t in the playbook, and you’ll need to figure them out on your own
  • Communicate clearly and warmly — our clients need to feel like they’re in great hands
  • Are comfortable getting on calls with clients and leading conversations
  • Can manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip
  • Have experience with Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or can learn them quickly)
  • Thrive in a remote environment where you manage your own time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, hopping on calls, and solving problems
  • Coordinating a remote team of editors, creative directors, and quality checkers spread across multiple time zones
  • Running a daily check on every client’s project status to catch issues before they become problems
  • Onboarding new clients and making sure they have an amazing first experience
  • Managing the offboarding process when clients wrap up
