Remote Client Operations Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Are extremely detail-oriented and organized — the kind of person who notices when something is off before anyone else does
- Are a natural problem-solver — things will come up that aren’t in the playbook, and you’ll need to figure them out on your own
- Communicate clearly and warmly — our clients need to feel like they’re in great hands
- Are comfortable getting on calls with clients and leading conversations
- Can manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip
- Have experience with Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or can learn them quickly)
- Thrive in a remote environment where you manage your own time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being the first point of contact for clients, answering questions, hopping on calls, and solving problems
- Coordinating a remote team of editors, creative directors, and quality checkers spread across multiple time zones
- Running a daily check on every client’s project status to catch issues before they become problems
- Onboarding new clients and making sure they have an amazing first experience
- Managing the offboarding process when clients wrap up
