Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative, media, or service business.
  • A fast-paced, high-follow-through work style. You’re wired for execution, not ideation.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and managing freelancers across Fiverr, Upwork and production platforms.
  • Hands-on social media management experience with a strength in short-form video coordination. Instagram Reels is the priority platform.
  • Excellent written communication
  • CRM and systems experience. You’ve ideally built workflows from scratch.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional communicator with clients, collaborators, and founder
  • You don’t need to reinvent the process. You want to own it and keep it running.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize with the team and execute marketing and business growth strategies.
  • Own the management of web and social media content production campaigns (strategy with founder, coordinating with creatives to assist with creation of assets, schedule/monitor campaigns)
  • Execute campaigns across social, email, web, and print.
  • Research and apply for relevant speaking engagements and industry forums.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with wealth advisors, estate planners, family offices, lawyers, and ancestry platforms.
  • Manage all partner and referral partner communication.
  • Own all lead tracking, CRM management, and follow-up across warm, cold, and referral leads.
  • Project manage all active productions, including timelines, milestones, deadlines, and team accountability.
  • Build and maintain operational systems from the ground up, including AI workflow integration.
  • Coordinate scheduling, production logistics, and crew.
  • Source, vet, and hire freelance production talent through Fiverr, film production boards, and industry networks.
  • Hold team accountable to quarterly and weekly commitments. Flag when priorities are drifting, and keep the business moving without waiting to be asked.
