REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident client-facing approach
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, or appointment setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities
- Comfortable using online communication tools and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and research potential business clients
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, phone calls, and other approved channels
- Engage prospective clients and understand their business needs
- Present our services professionally and clearly
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal team members when required
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects
