REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms (training provided)
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but no experience required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget
  • Research and recommend personalized vacation packages (accommodations, transportation, activities, dining, etc.)
  • Manage reservations, including changes and cancellations, with accuracy
  • Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and exclusive offers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and vendor policies
