Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Physician executive or Medical Director — an MD or DO currently or formerly holding an administrative leadership role (Chief of Surgery, Managing Partner, Medical Director) at an orthopedic, spine, or neurosurgery group; peer-to-peer credibility with surgeon decision-makers is a significant differentiator
- Healthcare operator — practice administrator, COO, or VP of Operations at a multi-site specialty group with purchasing authority or direct access to it
- RCM or billing industry professional — leader at a specialty billing company or healthcare revenue cycle firm with existing practice relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage your existing relationships with practice administrators, COOs, CFOs, and billing leaders to facilitate introductions to qualified prospects
- Serve as a credible voice for MiLA within your professional network — orthopedic, spine, neurosurgery, and adjacent specialty groups
- Participate in strategic advisory calls (estimated 2–4 hours/month) to provide feedback on product direction, pricing, and market positioning
- Support our client’s leadership team with insights on payer dynamics, RCM workflows, and specialty practice pain points
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy for target segments, including PE-backed practice consolidators and independent multi-site groups
- Provide guidance on key partnership channels, including billing companies, EHR vendors, and device reps
