Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or regulated financial services entity
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for UAE financial institutions (CBUAE/DFSA/ADGM/SCA)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory text
• Self-starter and independent worker
• Well-organised with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Impeccable attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience with data warehouses
• SQL queries experience
• Experience with reporting solutions
• Proven ability to drive and implement change

RESPONSIBILITES

• Overseeing accurate production and timely submission of reporting across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars
• Improving best practices by optimising control and governance systems
• Ensuring reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy
• Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs for consistency
• Explaining regulatory concepts and requirements to key stakeholders
• Reviewing and evaluating new and changing reporting rules
• Supporting the review and implementation of new products and their impact on key metrics
• Executing detailed quality checks and validation processes
