Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, consulting, or similar environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data, reporting, and insights
  • Excellent written and spoken English fluency
  • Experience working in a global or multi-country environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in French is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support colleague onboarding, including devices, access, and process orientation
  • Act as a primary point of contact for regional staff regarding tools, documents, and processes
  • Coordinate regional retreats, virtual events, and travel logistics
  • Analyze staffing, people, and impact data to support regional decision-making
  • Maintain regional knowledge resources and ensure smooth operational cadence
  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including talent pipeline management and candidate experience
  • Act as a regional liaison for central functions to support the rollout of new tools and systems
