REQUIREMENTS
Strong phone presence
Comfortable making outbound calls
Comfortable holding virtual meetings
Strong follow-up and organization skills
Professional written communication
Ability to track clients, contacts, documents, and next steps
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely
Able to maintain confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact personal injury law firms to introduce BTRC services
Build relationships with attorneys, intake staff, paralegals, and case managers
Hold virtual meetings or short presentations with law firms
Follow up with referral partners and help move relationships forward
Send approved BTRC service information and referral materials
Help referred clients complete screening and intake steps
Track client appointments, missed appointments, and follow-up needs
Help ensure required legal and client paperwork is completed
Monitor documentation completion and escalate concerns to leadership
Assist with therapist interview scheduling, onboarding, and provider tracking
Work with the team on backend support
