REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ months of canvassing experience
• 1+ year of remote work experience
• Working laptop or desktop with audio and camera
• Personal cell phone for outbound calls
• Reliable high‑speed WiFi
• Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with prospective candidates
• Source, evaluate, and schedule applicants for fundraising/canvassing roles
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant flow
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment goals
• Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers
• Support hiring needs across multiple states and markets
