REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ months of canvassing experience
- 1+ year of remote work experience
- Working laptop or desktop with audio and camera
- Personal cell phone for outbound calls
- Reliable high‑speed WiFi
- Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with prospective candidates
- Source, evaluate, and schedule applicants for fundraising/canvassing roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant flow
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment goals
- Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers
- Support hiring needs across multiple states and markets
