- Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate skills and culture fit
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and ideal profiles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Drive toward aggressive but achievable placement goals each month
- Document all candidate interactions and status updates accurately
- Attend virtual team meetings and contribute to group learning
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
