  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
  • Drive toward aggressive but achievable placement goals each month
  • Document all candidate interactions and status updates accurately
  • Attend virtual team meetings and contribute to group learning
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
