REQUIREMENTS

* Education: CFA (preferred), Master’s in Finance or related field; Bachelor’s in Engineering is a plus.
* Experience: 1-2 years in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments.
* Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
* Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments.
* Monitor and analyze real estate market trends and economic data.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial models and analyses.
* Develop and refine financial models for real estate portfolios.
* Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
