REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in Dubai real estate preferred (secondary market experience is a plus, but not essential)

Proven sales or client-facing experience

Strong negotiation and communication skills

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Confident and articulate in conversation

Ability to build high-level client relationships

Highly motivated with strong daily discipline

Consistent in effort and follow-upAmbitious and performance-driven

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specialize in a geographic area.
• Prospect for listings and clients daily.
• Manage sales and rental transactions.
• Conduct property valuations.
• Negotiate offers and build client pipelines.
